Make sure the company you choose has backup equipment and backup staff. Verify that your requests and wishes will be honored, the last thing you need at your event is an entertainer that has their own agenda and turns your party into their party. Verify how they dress. Do not assume that formal attire will be worn. We recommend tuxedos. Ask if there are any hidden costs such as travel fees, setup cost, or required gratuity. Make sure they coordinate with the photographer, videographer, caterer, and you about what formalities are being done and when.
